Julio Cesar Galindo Warren
Dearly Loved by the Roatan Island, Honduras Community
May 26, 1966-November 13, 2007
On May 26, 1966 a handsome and healthy baby boy was born into the lives of Julio Cesar Galindo and Cheryl Sandra Warren, Julio Cesar Galindo Warren, known to all as “Julito.” This little boy was full of energy and always determined to find someway of releasing it. Julito loved doing all the things little boy’s loved to do and he did them barefoot. He’d only wear a pair of shoes if his mother made him get dressed for church, and as soon as he could he’d kick them off to go run out on the beach to jump on driftwood and play on the rocks. Julito grew up to be a fine young man and graduated from Hargrave Military Academy in Virginia. On March 30, 1992 he married and had 3 beautiful children.
Julito was living proof of how fine a person can be. He loved being outdoors and enjoyed soccer, weightlifting, going fishing and riding his motorcycle. He was also a good friend to many of us. His brother admired him for his selfless nature and for always giving someone a second chance. Samir recalls his forgiving nature and willingness to share his life’s story in hopes that others would benefit from his experiences. He strived to make his mother and father proud. He did all he could to impress his father, his hero. He had so many special people in his life, too many friends to name. He was community minded evidenced by the courtyard he personally financed for children to play all kinds of sports in Sandy Bay. He was a driven businessman, he would come into work at the crack of dawn….sometimes showing up to work before sunrise. In his career as manager of Anthony’s Key Resort of 15 years… he worked with passion, integrity and energy. By his death all the people who knew him will miss a highly intelligent, vibrant individual with a rare friendliness and charm of personality. Julito was a genuinely warm and wonderful individual—one we will miss greatly. Our sorrow is lessened only slightly with the comforting thought that we had the privilege to know him. He is leaving behind his loving wife, adoring son and daughters, father, mother, brother, sister, mother & father in-law, brothers & sisters in law, nieces, nephews and countless friends. Also many cousins, aunts, uncles and his beloved grandmother. He will join in peace his grandparents, Henry Byron Warren, Esther Lavern Warren and Policarpo Galindo Ebanks.
On November 13th, 2007 we lost a passionate man, devoted son, husband & father. Remember Julito for who you knew Julito to be... a unique, strong and genuinely good person.
