Deposits: A deposit of $100.00 per person is required within 7 days of booking. Any changes are subject to a $25.00 per person surcharge.
Cancellations: 90-61 days prior to departure, $50 per person cancellation fee; 60-46 days prior, $100 per person; 45-8 days prior to arrival, no refund provided. No refunds for flight cancellations, acts of God, war or terrorism, etc. Unused services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Holiday Booking Policies: A deposit of $200 per person is required for bookings that include Thanksgiving, Christmas or NewYears. Full payment is required 90 days prior to travel date. Special cancellation penalties apply during holiday season; no penalty for cancellations made 121 days+ before arrival.
Group Policies: For every 11 paid adults, the 12th adult is free based on 7-night package, double occupancy and lowest priced package. See our website for complete information on group policies.
