Anthony's Key Resort can accommodate groups of up to 100 for snorkeling, diving and recreational programs described below. RIMS caters to groups of up to 25 interested in Marine Biology, and offers customized programs combining classroom, wet and dry laboratories with "hands-on" ocean experiences.

Event space: Two airconditioned classrooms, accommodate up to 25 people each, equiped with VCR, monitor and audio equipment; slide projector, overhead projector, chalkboard and dry erase board. Dining room capacity 92 persons.

The resort's fleet includes 4 Pro 48's available for outer island excursions to Cayos Cochinos and Barbaretta. Cayos Cochinos, a national marine park, managed by Fundacion de Cayos Cochinos, affilliated with the Smithsonian Institute. Barbaretta, a verdant island known for its scenery, crystal waters, and virgin coral reefs.

Overnight excursions may be arranged for white-water rafting down the Cangrejal river, or to observe wild life at the Cuero y Salado Wildlife Refuge. Trips to Pico Bonito Nationa Park and the archaeological ruins of Copan are popular as well.
