Photo Contest 2013 - Rules and Regulations

1. The 2013 Anthony’s Key Resort photo contest begins immediately. To be eligible for the prize draw, entries must be received by 11:59 pm, December 31, 2013.
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To be eligible to win, entrants must send a photo taken during their stay at Anthony’s Key Resort, along with a brief description or testimonial.
3. Anthony’s Key Resort reserves the right, at all times, to verify that an entry complies with these terms, conditions and rules. Entries that have not been obtained in accordance with these rules will not be accepted and will not be eligible to win.
4. Anthony’s Key Resort can use all images submitted for advertising, E-newsletters, news releases, and on the website.
5. Judging will commence on January 1, 2014. The winner will be notified within 1 week of judging.
6. The Prize must be accepted as awarded at the time they are awarded and cannot be exchanged for cash or other substitutes. Anthony’s Key Resort retains the right, in its absolute discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or value in the event of the unavailability of any component of a prize, for any reason whatsoever. The Prize is not transferable and has no cash surrender value.
7. The odds of winning a Prize are dependent upon the total number of qualifying entries received.
8. This contest is conducted by Anthony’s Key Resort and is open to any previous guests of Anthony’s Key Resort.
9. Anthony’s Key Resort shall not be responsible in any way for the use of or bear any liability whatsoever in any way attributable to the Prize awarded in this Giveaway.
10. Entrants in the Giveaway must sign a form satisfactory to Anthony’s Key Resort confirming their understanding and acceptance of these terms, conditions and rules, and releasing Anthony’s Key Resort and any other person or entity associated in any way with the Giveaway from any and all liability arising in connection with the Giveaway, Including, without limitation, liability arising from the acceptance of the Prize as awarded and confirming compliance with these rules.
11. By accepting the Prize, all entrants eligible to win the Prize consent to the use of their name, city of residence, photograph, voice and/or image for any advertising or public relations purposes in all media used by Anthony’s Key Resort and Its advertising and promotional agencies, without payment or compensation, throughout the world in perpetuity.
12. The decisions of Anthony’s Key Resort are final, as they relate to all aspects of the Giveaway, these terms, conditions and rules, or the awarding of any Prizes.
