Cancellation and Payment Policies

 

Group Deposit Requirements and Balance Due:

  • Deposit of $100/ per person due w/ in 10 days of booking. (Refundable up to 121 days prior to arrival)
  • Balance due or final payment 90 days prior to travel.
  • NOTE: A deposit of $200/ per person is required during Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year holidays. Full payment is due 90 days prior to travel dates.
  • Group Cancellation penalties will apply during holiday season.

  • 89-60 days prior $100pp
  • 59-45 days 50% of total
  • 44-30 days NO REFUND but credit for future reservation w/ in one year.

Individuals, couples and families deposit requirements and balance due:

  • Deposits: A deposit of $100.00 per person is required within 7 days of booking. Any changes are subject to a $25.00 per person surcharge. Full payment due 60 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations: 90-61 days prior to departure, $50 per person cancellation fee; 60-46 days prior, $100 per person; 45-8 days prior to arrival, no refund provided. No refunds for flight cancellations, acts of God, war or terrorism, etc. Unused services are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Holiday Booking Policies: A deposit of $200 per person is required for bookings that include Thanksgiving, Christmas or NewYears. Full payment is required 90 days prior to travel date. Special cancellation penalties apply during holiday season; no penalty for cancellations made 121 days+ before arrival.
  • Group Policies: For every 11 paid adults, the 12th adult is free based on 7-night package, double occupancy and lowest priced package. See our website for complete information on group policies.
  • Gratuities: not included in these rates. Please visit our website for travel tips and suggestions regarding tipping.
  • New Military Rates: AKR is offering for the military and veterans and their families a 20% discount on regular rates. Come and Relax in the peaceful paradise. Military Id must be presented at time of booking to honor discount.
